Follett Delivers Free At-Home Learning Content During COVID-19 Crisis

WESTCHESTER, IL, Mar 18, 2020 – As school-aged and college students across the country are away from their classrooms and instructors are eager to keep learning happening, our role of improving the world by inspiring learning and shaping education is more critical than ever.

In response, Follett has embarked on a company-wide mission to promote our eLearning resources to schools, universities and libraries across North America. A cross-functional team made up of members from Follett School Solutions (K-12), Follett Higher Ed and Baker & Taylor (Public Libraries) have come together to highlight options available to our customers that help with the continuity of education.

What’s especially important to note is that many of these opportunities are being offered for free to teachers, parents, librarians and students. The positive response from our customers has been both immediate and significant.

“As we all navigate through these unprecedented times, we want educators and parents to know they’re not alone,” said President & CEO Pat Connolly. “Follett offers a variety of eLearning products for both PreK-12 and Higher Ed that can be quickly and easily accessed. These are solutions customers already have access to, and our goal is to ensure they know about all their options.”

We're proud that during this difficult time, we were able to quickly support our customers when they need it most. We’re continuing to explore opportunities to provide even more innovative ideas that help educators and librarians stay connected with their students and patrons.
