ASCD Annual Conference Attendees Invited to Saturday Night Strikes: #ASCD15 Bowling Social


ALEXANDRIA, VA, Jan 29, 2015ASCD, a global community dedicated to excellence in learning, teaching, and leading, announced today its Saturday Night Strikes: #ASCD15 Bowling Social, occurring during the 70th ASCD Annual Conference and Exhibit Show on March 21, 2015, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at Lucky Strike Houston. The event is sponsored by Follett.

“One benefit of attending the ASCD Annual Conference and Exhibit Show is the chance to network with, and have a great time with, educators from across the globe,” said Judy Seltz, ASCD executive director. “The #ASCD15 Bowling Social will provide a recreational setting for attendees to relax, reflect on the day, and get to learn more about one another and each educator’s unique commitment to students.”

In today’s digital networking environment, the #ASCD15 Bowling Social gives attendees an opportunity to meet their peers face to face, including many they’ve already connected with online. The event is open to conference attendees, presenters as well as ASCD authors and other education experts. There will be several activities available at the event, including bowling, billiards, and a photo booth. Complimentary pizzas, sliders, wings, and cupcakes will also be provided.
